Schedule: Mon-Fri (9AM-5:30PM) in office
Job responsibilities included
- Client Intake: Gathering essential client information such as personal details, case specifics, and relevant legal documents.
- Case Evaluation: Conducting preliminary assessments to determine the viability of a potential case before it is forwarded to the legal team.
- Data Management: Ensuring that all client information is recorded and stored securely, adhering to legal and confidentiality standards.
- Client Relations: Establishing trust with clients, answering their questions, and ensuring they feel supported from the very first contact

Job & Requirements:
- Intake Specialist (Personal Injury) required.
- Minimum 1 year of intake experience at a personal injury law firm
- Bilingual Spanish is required.
