Job Overview
The Marketer/Community Liaison plays a vital role in bridging the gap between our organization and the community we serve. This position is responsible for fostering relationships, promoting programs, and enhancing community engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for public health, and the ability to lead initiatives that support our mission.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community outreach programs to raise awareness of services offered.
• Recruit and manage volunteers to assist with various initiatives and events.
• Conduct public speaking engagements to promote organizational goals and programs.
• Collaborate with local organizations and stakeholders to enhance community partnerships.
• Collect and analyze data to assess program effectiveness and community needs.
• Manage social media platforms to engage the community and promote events.
• Provide leadership in program development, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Offer support in addiction counseling as needed, connecting individuals with appropriate resources.
• Perform administrative tasks related to program management and reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting, volunteer management, or public health initiatives.
• Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Background in program development or project management is preferred.
• Familiarity with data collection methods and analysis techniques.
• Experience in social media management to effectively communicate with the community.
• Leadership qualities that inspire collaboration and motivate team members.
• A degree in social work, public health, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Passion for serving the community and addressing public health issues.
• Bilingual/Korean is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
