Sales Consultant position available with a General Contracting company based in Northeast Pennsylvania. We complete residential and commercial projects throughout the Pocono and Lehigh Valley regions. This role focuses on working directly with customers to guide projects from initial consultation through proposal and project start.
We are looking for a motivated, organized, and coachable individual who can work directly with homeowners and property owners while helping move projects forward. The right candidate will be comfortable meeting customers, discussing project needs, and working with our team to develop solutions.
Training is provided on our estimating systems, proposal process, and project workflow.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Meet with customers to review project needs and provide guidance on potential solutions.
- Assist in developing project scopes, estimates, proposals, and contracts using company systems.
- Maintain organized documentation of customer interactions and project details in the company CRM.
- Coordinate with internal team members and subcontractors as projects move from consultation to start.
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple customers and projects.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and communication throughout the sales process.
Experience that may be helpful but is not required
- Sales experience in any field.
- Construction or home improvement experience.
- Knowledge of remodeling, roofing, siding, or window projects.
- Customer facing roles involving project coordination or service based work.
Requirement
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance.
- Self motivated with the ability to work independently.
