CVC is always looking for outstanding individuals to join our team of Client Care Specialists (CCS). We are accepting applications for a Full-Time Client Care Specialist to work in our Lowville location. This is an entry level position, there is room for advancement in the future as qualifying positions open.
Our CCS's must:
- Go above and beyond the expectations of good client service during every interaction.
- Be friendly, upbeat, professional and courteous.
- Excel working in chaos and take the stresses of the day in stride.
- Be excellent at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have a passion for helping people.
- Be able to work between the hours of 7am-6pm Mon–Friday and 7am-3pm on Saturdays in our Lowville location. Shifts will vary.
