As a Tow Truck Driver on our team, you will be responding to calls from stranded motorists in the area and providing emergency roadside assistance, accident recovery, and recovering abandoned vehicles. You will also be maintaining excellent documentation of each call, providing basic invoicing to clients, and accepting payments in the field as needed. The ideal candidate has experience with roadside assistance or basic vehicle repair, has driven a tow truck before, and has excellent communication skills. Responsibilities Respond to roadside emergencies within a designated areaProfessionally and accurately assist the client by doing minor repairs, or recovering the vehicle and bringing it to a designated locationMaintain the tow truck and all of your equipment to ensure a safe working environmentMaintain excellent records of calls responded toWrite and present invoices to clients in the field and accept payment as neededQualificationsMust hold the proper license to operate a tow truck in the stateHas a clean driving record and can exhibit safe driving skillsExperience with basic roadside assistance, such as changing a tire, lockout, and jump starts.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving skillsMUST LIVE WITHIN 10-15 MINUTE FROM HUDSON, MA
