Bartender — Fast-Paced Sports Bar with Cocktail Program

We’re looking for an experienced bartender who thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced sports bar environment but also brings strong cocktail knowledge and creativity to the team.
At Countryside Saloon, we pride ourselves on being the go-to spot for the big game, while still serving elevated cocktails that go beyond your typical sports bar fare. We’re looking for someone who can sling beers and shots during the rush, but also shake up an Old Fashioned, Espresso Martini, or a seasonal house cocktail with precision and personality.
What You’ll Do
- Provide quick, friendly, and professional service to guests.
- Make both classic and signature cocktails with consistency and attention to detail.
- Handle high-volume service with confidence and composure.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar.
- Support your teammates and contribute to a positive, fun work environment.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years bartending experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
- Solid knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and beer.
- Strong multitasking skills — you can keep cool when the game is in overtime.
- Excellent communication and a great attitude.
- Availability for nights and weekends.
Bonus Points
- Experience creating or improving cocktail menus.
- Interest in local beers, craft spirits, or seasonal ingredients.
- ServSafe or BASSET certified.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
