Countryside Refrigeration and Heating is a family owned and operated company in North Mankato, MN since 1961. We are looking for a qualified service technician to join our dedicated team.
We are searching for a technician that can provide high quality customer service and deliver efficient HVAC repair. We work with a passionate team that strives to make long lasting relationships with our customers.
As a service technician you will service and troubleshoot multiple brands of equipment to help provide our customers with informed buying decisions.

Job duties include (but not limited to):
*Perform regular preventative maintenance on residential and commercial HVAC equipment.
*Troubleshoot and repair residential and commercial HVAC equipment.
*Properly fill out invoices for customer billing and collect payment for invoices.
*Maintain a clean, organized job site and stocked truck.
*Educate customers in choosing maintenance plans and the best financial options.
*Propose equipment and upgrades to customers HVAC equipment.
*Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
*Participate in training meetings.
Desired Qualities:
*Excellent customer service.
*Self motivated & good work ethic.
*Ability to pass NATE certification test.
*EPA certifications.
*1 or 2 year diploma from a HVAC program.
*Clean driving record.
*After hours/on-call service availability.
*2 years experience of maintenance/troubleshooting/repair of HVAC systems.
