What are the responsibilities and job description for the Porter for Shopping Centers position at Countryside Property Maintenance?
Porter needed - for the Jacksonville area. Must have reliable transportation, a smart phone to clock in, and must not mind outdoor work. You must also be able to pass a background check.
Some of the job duties include, but are not limited to: washing windows, cleaning dumpster areas, removing cobwebs, cleaning vacant spaces, checking for and reporting any possible liabilities such as potholes and broken car stops, and litter picking.
