Countryside Landscaping is growing, and we're looking for dependable, hardworking people to join our landscape installation and maintenance teams.
We're a well-established, family-owned landscaping company serving Northwest Indiana. We've built our reputation by taking pride in our work, caring for our customers, and supporting the people on our team.

Positions Available
Landscape Crew Members — $16–$20/hour
No landscaping experience required. We'll train individuals who have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and take pride in doing quality work.
Senior Landscape Crew Members — $19–$25/hour
We're looking for experienced landscapers with 2–3 years of landscape installation experience who can work efficiently, produce quality results, and help less experienced teammates develop their skills.
What You'll Be Doing
Depending on your experience and interests, you'll work on one of our two teams:
Landscape Installation
- Installing trees, shrubs, perennials, and other landscape plantings
- Installing mulch, sod, and preparing landscape beds
- Grading and preparing sites for new landscapes
- Building patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Installing landscape lighting and water features
- Operating and maintaining landscaping tools and equipment
Landscape Maintenance
- Mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
- Pruning shrubs and maintaining landscape beds
- Performing spring and fall landscape cleanups
- Maintaining high-quality residential and commercial properties
- Operating and caring for professional landscaping equipment

Additional Requirements
- Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing approximately 50–75 pounds, with appropriate assistance or equipment when needed
- Reliable transportation to our DeMotte, Indiana facility
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required

Work Schedule
This is a full-time, year-round position.
- Spring through summer: Typically 40–55 hours per week
- Winter: Typically 30–45 hours per week
- Additional overtime may occasionally be available or required during especially busy periods.
Hours vary based on weather, workload, and seasonal demands.
Work Location: Employees report to our facility in DeMotte, Indiana, and travel with their crews to job sites throughout Northwest Indiana.
