Experience : MINIMUM 3 YRS
1. Has an understanding of how Construction Documents are organized,
and knows how to best incorporate new information.
2. Can model new elements, and work with staff producing renderings.
3. Can incorporate a structural model into an architectural model.
4. Knows how to progressively take a project through phases of completion.
5. Organized.
6. Thorough.
7. Passion for processes and procedures.
8. Able to calculate the duration of production tasks.
9. Owner mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
