Grain Maintenance Operations – Full-Time
Country Visions Cooperative is looking to hire a full-time Grain Maintenance for their Readfield and Center Valley Locations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain grain facilities in Readfield and Center Valley.
- Manage a PM Schedule.
- Receive grain from customers and load out grain trucks/railcars year round
- Operate grain dryers
- Perform routine maintenance on trucks and grain handling equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Provide excellent customer service
- Communicate and work with customers and other team members on a daily basis
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
HOURS
First shift: daily hours Monday through Friday.
Additional hours worked during peak harvest season, including some weekend hours.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Millwright experience is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Class A CDL preferred, but not required. Don’t have one? No problem! Country Visions Cooperative offers 100% reimbursement
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Perform all duties in a safe and responsible matter
- Ability to read maps and follow directions
- Ability to shovel and sweep
