What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative - Full TIme position at COUNTRY VISIONS COOPERATIVE?
Country Visions Cooperative is looking to fill a full-time Customer Service Representative at our Plymouth agronomy location. This position is first shift and located in-person. There will be some Saturday work as needed during the busy season.
Country Visions Cooperative is an agriculture based cooperative dedicated to service and building long-term relationships from generation to generation. We are proud to trace our roots back to 1923. Qualifications:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform accounts payable activities
- Customer billing responsibilities along with other team members
- Provide excellent customer service in-person and over the phone
- Answer the phone and coordinate calls according to the customer’s needs
- Assist with inventory procedures
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to work in spreadsheets for various tasks and projects
- Assist customers and team members by reading and understanding Farm Plans and Mapping
- Flexible to the needs of the business, customers and the day
- Effectively communicate with other team members on a daily basis
- Use company computer programs effectively in completing daily tasks
- Other duties as assigned by manager
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background in agriculture is preferred but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service driven mentality with a willingness to learn
- Working knowledge of Microsoft programs, specifically Excel and Word
- Accounts receivable and Accounts payable background is preferred but not required
