Country Visions Cooperative is an agriculture based cooperative dedicated to service and building long-term relationships from generation to generation. We are proud to trace our roots back to 1923.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) assists customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about County Visions Cooperatives products and services through channels like phone, email, Connect, and in person. This position reports to the Energy Administration Manager.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Customer Communication:
- Answer customer questions & provide information about products, services, and policies.
- Issue Resolution:
- Address complaints, resolve technical issues, and find solutions to customer problems.
- Order Processing:
- Take orders, calculate charges, process payments, and reconcile daily driver tickets.
- Record Keeping:
- Document customer interactions in Energy Force and Connect so all team members are aware of situations.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
- Collaboration:
- Work with team members and other departments to ensure consistent and positive personnel experiences.
- Identify and escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate personnel or management.
- Reconcile Driver Trip Reports Daily
- Propane & Petroleum
- Forecasting & k-Factor deviations
- Scan work orders into Energy Image
- Daily Clear
- Reconcile Banks
- Other tasks assigned by Energy Administration Manager
Qualifications and Educational Requirements
- Prior phone-call customer service experience
- Strong phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills
- Accurate, confident and dependable
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly, energetic and strong people skills
- Basic math and computer skills
- Microsoft suite experience
