- Set written goals annually with the Country Store Lead
- Assist in implementing marketing and merchandising promotions
- Develop sales-generating displays
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Country Store Lead
- Mainly day shift hours with variable shifts on weekends and some flexibility – will be discussed during the interview
- Store hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with some seasonal change, and Saturday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
- A minimum of 3 years experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry
- A minimum of 1 year of proven management experience
- Proven track record of building sales, increasing profits, team member development, and operational improvement
- Effectively manage confidential and sensitive information
- Accurate, confident and dependable
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly, energetic and strong people skills
- Basic math and computer skills
- The candidate must successfully pass a background check
