CP Feeds is looking to hire several seasonal Administrative Assistants at our Valders location during our ERP upgrade phase. We are a successful manufacturing supplier of agriculture mixes and feed ingredients for North Central and Eastern Wisconsin, headquartered in Valders, WI. CP Feeds is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Country Visions Cooperative.

We are seeking dependable individuals who take pride in producing accurate, quality work and maintaining strong attention to detail. Join our team in a seasonal role, working full time hours for a few months as CP Feeds transitions into its next stage of success!

DETAILS

• Hourly wage is $18.00 and above, depending on experience
• Anticipated start date approximately around April 1, 2026.
• Season anticipated to last through end of June. Potentially may go through middle of July.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The seasonal role will assist primarily with data entry, order entry, contract entry, accounts payable support, billing support, and scanning and filing. This may include entering invoices, processing vendor and customer transactions, supporting billing and processes, maintaining accurate records, and performing other accounting-related administrative tasks. Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned by management as needed.

Schedule

First shift hours, Monday through Friday.

Job Qualifications:

• Prior accounting experience is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Strong math and analytical skills
• Accurate, confident and dependable
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Friendly, energetic and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• iRely software system experience and/or experience with Bin Sentry software is a plus
• Experience in agriculture, dairy farms, feed manufacturing, and supply chain is a plus
