Resident Care Providers – FT, PT, PRN

Join our compassionate team at Country Village, where we are committed to creating a warm, supportive, and home-like environment for our residents. We are currently seeking caring, reliable, and dedicated Resident Care Providers for full-time, part-time, and PRN positions on all shifts.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Make beds, tidy resident rooms, and support light housekeeping tasks as needed.
- Engage residents in activities, conversation, and social programs to promote well-being and connection.
- Deliver meal trays, assist residents with feeding as needed, and help with dining room setup.
- Respond promptly to call lights and provide patient, compassionate assistance.
- Observe and monitor residents’ overall well-being and promptly report changes to nursing or supervisory staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience in senior living, home care, or caregiving is preferred but not required—we provide training.
- Ability to perform hands-on caregiving tasks with compassion, patience, and reliability.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- A genuine passion for helping seniors and providing dignified, person-centered care.
