- Provide and oversee resident care during night shift
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor residents and report condition changes
- Complete charting and incident documentation
- Supervise nursing staff as assigned
- Communicate with physicians and care team
- Ensure safety, compliance, and quality care standards
- Active LPN license
- Night shift availability (11p-7a)
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and reliability
- Supportive team environment
- Stable leadership
- Organized handoffs and communication
