The Graphic Designer will collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to create a wide range of materials, from social media graphics and email visuals to infographics, web assets, and print collateral.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Design and Production:
- Develop and design compelling graphics for digital channels, including social media, websites, email marketing, and online ads.
- Create print materials, such as brochures, flyers, posters, and other collateral that effectively communicate brand messaging.
- Conceptualize and execute visuals for presentations, product packaging, infographics, and brand assets.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and visual identity, maintaining consistency across all platforms and materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and deliver designs that support business goals while reflecting the brand’s style and tone.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop creative ideas and concepts for campaigns and promotions.
- Provide design support to other departments as needed, including assistance with layout adjustments and edits.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and industry developments to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative solutions that enhance user engagement and improve the visual quality of content.
- Prepare and deliver final design files for print and digital production, ensuring all files are organized and meet technical requirements.
- Review and proof all materials for accuracy and quality, ensuring the final product is error-free and meets project specifications.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the products Country Supplier sells.
- Perform daily cleaning – such as, but not limited to, vacuuming, replacing full trashes with new trash bags, and sweeping.
- Other duties assigned as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role preferred.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or Sketch is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital and print platforms.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and branding principles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to take feedback and iterate designs based on input from stakeholders.
- Highly organized with attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or experience in video editing software is a bonus.
