Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Activities Director to join us in providing engaging and enriching activities for our senior residents.
Duties:
- Develop and implement a diverse range of activities to promote our residents' physical, mental, and emotional well-being
- Coordinate and lead group activities, outings, and events within the community
- Assess resident interests and needs individually
- Maintain accurate records of activity participation and resident progress
- Ensure compliance with all regulations related to senior care activities
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff
- Experience in senior care, home community care, memory care, recreational therapy, dementia care, or related fields
- Ability to adapt activities to meet the diverse needs of seniors
