Responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally at the front desk and manage multi-line phone systems with courtesy and efficiency
- Schedule appointments and manage calendar for service technicians and clients
- Assist with customer support inquiries, providing excellent service and support throughout the vehicle service process
- Manage office supplies inventory and perform basic bookkeeping tasks including invoicing and billing
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before submission
- Support office management tasks such as organizing files, maintaining customer databases, and handling correspondence
- Ensure proper phone etiquette is maintained at all times to foster positive customer interactions
- Automotive knowledge
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management, clerical duties, or administrative support within an automotive or related environment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Effective communication skills, including phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are preferred but not required
- Prior experience as a dental or medical receptionist, personal assistant, or customer support role is advantageous
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience with office equipment such as multi-line phones, printers, and filing systems is desirable
