Job Overview
We are seeking a Dispatcher to ensure each call received will have the appropriate response. Some specific Dispatcher duties and responsibilities are sending field technicians to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs. Asking questions to gather information and prioritizing calls based on responses. Using telephones or text messages to contact field crews. Preparing daily work schedules. Also, basic parts/chart lookup for the technicians’ needs.
Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 4:30 or 9:00 to 5:00. Benefits and paid vacation are available after probation period. Starting wage $17.50 hr
Pay: $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
