What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Connector position at Country Lane Retirement Village?
Are you a connector?
Maybe you're a mom with a few hours to spare. Maybe you're someone who already knows everyone in town and loves it that way. Either way — we might have the perfect fit for you.
Country Lane Retirement Village in O'Neill is looking for a part-time Community Ambassador — someone who can get out into the community, build relationships, and spread the word about the exceptional care and lifestyle we offer our residents.
This isn't a desk job. It's coffee meetings with local doctors' offices. It's stopping by the senior center. It's showing up at community events and telling our story. If that sounds like a Tuesday morning you'd actually enjoy, keep reading.
What you'd be doing:
Visiting local businesses, churches, hospitals, and organizations to introduce Country Lane and build referral relationships. Attending community events. Giving the occasional tour to a family who's ready to learn more. Maybe 5–6 hours a week, on a schedule that works for your life.
What we're looking for:
Someone who loves people, knows the O'Neill area, and can represent our community with warmth and enthusiasm. Sales experience is a plus, but it's not required — what matters most is that you're a natural at conversation and genuinely care about older adults.
Pay starts at $18/hour. Flexible scheduling. Mileage reimbursement for local travel.
If this sounds like you — or like someone you know — we'd love to talk.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
