Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise dining room staff during your shift, ensuring efficient service and excellent customer interactions
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to meet restaurant standards
- Manage POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy
- Assist with inventory control, food ordering, and stock management to maintain optimal supplies
- Train new team members on food handling, customer service protocols, and restaurant policies
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all areas of service
- Support kitchen management by coordinating between front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries or complaints promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service management or supervisory roles within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience required
- Demonstrated skills in food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices
- Experience with inventory control, food management, and kitchen operations
- Excellent leadership abilities with prior staff training and team management experience
- Background in hospitality management or restaurant management preferred
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of culinary techniques, catering operations, or banquet experience is a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
