What You’ll Do
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Supervise and interact with children in a positive, supportive way
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities (learning play!)
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
- Communicate with parents and team members professionally
- Follow all licensing and safety regulations
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine love for working with children
- Reliable, responsible, and patient personality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience in childcare or early childhood education (preferred but not required)
- Must be able to pass background check
Nice to Have Skills
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Early Childhood coursework or CDA
- Experience with infants, toddlers, or preschool age groups
