Duties
- Assist lead teachers in designing and implementing engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, including literacy, math, and social-emotional learning.
- Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior, promoting cooperation, and maintaining a safe environment for all children.
- Work directly with children to support their individual needs, including those with special education requirements or disabilities such as autism.
- Help facilitate activities that promote early childhood development, including toddler care, Montessori methods, or preschool routines.
- Aid in maintaining classroom organization, including preparing materials, setting up learning stations, and cleaning up after activities.
- Communicate effectively with children to foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages curiosity and confidence.

Requirements
- Prior experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or private school environments is preferred.
