Duties
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas to meet hotel standards.
- Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness of all surfaces.
- Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
- Follow proper cleaning procedures using industrial cleaning equipment when necessary to ensure high standards of hygiene.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure timely room turnover.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, and hospitality housekeeping roles.
- Strong understanding of hospitality standards and customer service principles.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety.
