Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest services in a hotel or resort environment. Job timing will be 7am to 3pm Weekends/Weekdays.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and messages.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.
Skills
- Proficiency in guest services with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Experience with front desk operations in a hotel or resort setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating with diverse guests.
