Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Housekeeper, where your attention to detail and dedication will create welcoming, spotless environments for our guests! In this vital role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
Full-time positions available for housekeeping. Candidate must have flexible scheduling days available, including weekends and holidays. Previous experience preferred but not required as we will train to brand requirements.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and mopping hard floors in the specific timeframes required.
- Strip and replace bed linens, following property standards to ensure a crisp, professional appearance.
- Disinfect all bathroom surfaces, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and showers, ensuring they are streak-free.
- Replace used amenities such as toiletries, towels, and coffee supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness in hallways, lobbies, elevators, pool/spa area, and fitness centers by sweeping, polishing surfaces, and removing trash.
- Ensure all high-traffic areas meet initial guest impression standards.
- Identify and report maintenance issues or damages (e.g., leaky faucets, AC issues) to ensure immediate repair by the appropriate staff members.
- Notifying supervisor(s) of missing items from guestrooms so that they can be replaced and responsible parties are charged accordingly.
- Strictly follow hotel procedures for Lost and Found items found in guestrooms.
- Maintain a well-organized and stocked housekeeping cart.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and chemical-handling protocols.
- Discretion on not disturbing guests when proper guestroom DND signage is displayed.
