Key attributes and responsibilities of the position include:

 Plans, organizes, and keeps an accurate record of preventive maintenance activities related to rooms,

common areas, restaurant & kitchen areas, and its equipment

 Carries out basic preventive maintenance of rooms/restaurant/kitchen/common areas to maintain safety,

working order, prolonged equipment life, and overall appearance

 Rotates, replaces, or reprograms locks as appropriate

 Reduces utilities through efficient running of equipment and timers

 Prioritizes and carries out maintenance tasks as requested by guests, management, and other departments

 Replaces burned out bulbs exterior and interior to the building in accordance to brand and safety standards

 Carries out cleaning duties as assigned

 Keeps walks and entrances clear of snow and ice when applicable

 Provides General Manager with written or verbal reports on all short term and long term maintenance

projects

Qualifications:

 Prior maintenance experience in hotels, apartments, or similar facilities

 Proven proficiency with painting, patching, basic mechanical systems, plumbing, electrical and other general

maintenance required

 Previous experience with pools / spas is a plus!

Salary : $16 - $20
