What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Housekeeper position at Country Inn & Suites By Radisson Americas?
Seeking 3 enthusiastic, guest friendly, proactive individual with a passion for hospitality to join our team. You will clean rooms by ensuring that our guest rooms meet guest and hotel standards upon their arrival at our properties. Provides excellence in service for guests and owners while on property, responding to guest inquiries and needs.
What will I be doing?
- Greet guest immediately with friendly/candid acknowledgment.
- Availability must include Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- Clean rooms but not limited to stripping dirty linens, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, making beds, cleaning bathrooms and counters and moving furniture. All work must be completed within an allotted time frame in order to meet production standards.
- Report deficiencies in order to maintain room in compliance with resort standards.
- Replenishes linen and guest amenities
- Assist co-workers as requested.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by leadership.
- Regular attendance, grooming standards and safety guidelines established by the company and site are crucial to the successful performance of this position.
- Hours will fluctuate based on hotel occupancy. Housekeeping team starts at 10:00 am.
