Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, and common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through specialized care techniques such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing
- Manage custodial supplies inventory and restock cleaning products to ensure readiness at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests and addressing any concerns professionally
Skills
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping roles
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, sanitation standards, and laundry procedures
- Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment, bending, lifting and other physical tasks
