- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs and address them promptly.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inspections.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of equipment and systems.
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed to complete repairs or improve equipment performance.
```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in maintenance or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with logic controllers, schematics, and other technical documents.
- Ability to use computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for work order management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with team members and customers.
