What You'll Do

• Safely administer medications according to physician orders and residents' care plans.
• Accurately document medication administration and maintain records.
• Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to the nursing team.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Help create a warm, welcoming community where residents feel safe, valued, and cared for.

What We're Looking For

• Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification (or equivalent, based on state requirements).
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• A compassionate, patient, and dependable caregiver who enjoys serving older adults.
• Basic computer skills for medication documentation.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
