What You’ll Do
- Safely administer medications according to physician orders and residents’ care plans.
- Accurately document medication administration and maintain records.
- Observe residents for changes in condition or concerns and report them promptly to nursing staff.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living with compassion and dignity.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
- Help create a positive, supportive community environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in serving older adults.
- Basic computer skills for medication tracking and documentation.
- Flexibility to pick up a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be available to pick up at least 2 shifts per month.
