Medication Aide | Part-Time | Evenings

What You'll Do- Provide Safe Medication Support: Administer medications according to physician orders while ensuring accuracy and resident safety.
- Deliver Compassionate Care: Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.
- Monitor Resident Well-Being: Observe for changes in condition, document appropriately, and communicate concerns with the nursing team.
- Build Meaningful Connections: Develop trusting relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
- Create a Positive Environment: Help foster a welcoming, supportive community where residents feel valued and cared for.
- Medication Aide Certification: Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification (or equivalent based on state requirements).
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Compassionate Heart: Patient, dependable, and passionate about caring for older adults.
- Attention to Detail: Comfortable with medication documentation and basic computer skills.
