Admissions Coordinator LPN

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams to assess resident needs.
• Inquiry calls and tours for short term rehab and long term nursing care
• Coordinate admission paperwork, authorizations, equipment, and services
• Conduct facility tours and help grow census through exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid Illinois LPN License
• Strong clinical assessment skills
• Previous Medicare admissions preferred
• Long-term care or healthcare experience preferred
• Ability to multitask
• Must have the desire to work with and serve seniors and their families
