Volleyball Coaches Wanted – Club, Summer & Private Training (2026–27 Season)
Country Fire Volleyball is growing, and we’re looking for the right coaches to grow with us.
We are currently hiring:
- Club Coaches for the 2026–27 Season (Head & Assistant)
- Summer League & Camp Coaches (Immediate Need)
- Private Lesson Coaches (Ongoing)
Country Fire Volleyball trains athletes from beginner through advanced levels, starting in elementary and developing players all the way through high school. We focus heavily on fundamentals, advanced skill development, and building high volleyball IQ—while also developing confident, team-first athletes.
We train out of Liberty Hill/Bertram and compete across Central Texas and beyond.
What You’ll Be Coaching
- Teams ranging from 10U to 18U
- Players at all levels—from newer athletes to highly competitive teams
- Structured practices focused on skill development, repetition, and game application
Club Season Overview (2026–27)
- Practices 2–3 evenings per week
- 6–10 tournaments per season (primarily weekends)
- Season runs November through Spring
- Coaches are expected to plan, lead, and develop their teams throughout the full season
Summer & Private Training
- Summer leagues, camps, and clinics are starting now
- Private lesson opportunities available for coaches who want additional hours
- Great opportunity to build relationships with players ahead of club season
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for coaching and developing athletes
- Strong understanding of volleyball fundamentals and systems
- Ability to lead, communicate, and connect with players
- Positive, high-energy presence in the gym
- Dependability and professionalism
Experience is preferred, but we’re open to the right people who are willing to learn and grow within our system.
