What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender/Server position at COUNTRY CLUB OF THE NORTH?
Country Club of the North is seeking a self-motivated, experienced, and driven Bartender to join our Food and Beverage team. The bartending position will be responsible for filling drink orders of Members and guests, answering questions about drink ingredients and making suggestions for different types of beverages and cocktails.
Essential Functions include:
Responsible for ensuring that alcoholic beverages are not dispensed to people under the age of 21.
Monitors the alcohol intake of guests according to Ohio law.
Takes payment for beverages utilizing prescribed point of sale procedures.
Recognizes and resolves member and guest complaints and concerns.
Organizes and manages beverage aspects of special events.
Maintains beverage quality and service standards in Member Dining and Banquets
Follows opening and closing procedures.
Sets up and breaks down bar; contributes to overall cleanliness and organization of facility and event locations.
Ensures a pleasant visit for each Member and guest.
Performs special projects delegated by management.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
-Base pay is $12.00/hr plus service charge and tips.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
