Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Poolside Server to join our team for the summer season. In this role, you will provide excellent food and beverage service to Members and guests at our poolside dining area. You will take orders, deliver food and drinks, and ensure that all guests have a memorable experience while enjoying our outdoor amenities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet Members and their guests promptly and courteously.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of poolside service areas.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the poolside dining area.
- Monitor Member needs and respond promptly to requests.
- Uphold club service standards and maintain a positive attitude.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Ensure accuracy when making charges to Member accounts.
- Building great relationships and rapport with the Membership and their families.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Prior serving or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be the age that meets local age requirements for serving alcohol.
- Enjoys the outdoors and can withstand working in the elements.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
