Momentum is one of Kansas City’s most exciting new lounges—an exclusive rooftop destination where craft, culture, and community collide. We’re seeking a dynamic Lead Bartender to be the face of our bar program and help shape the beverage experience for one of the city’s most talked-about openings.

As Lead Bartender, you’ll not only showcase your expertise in craft cocktail creation but also lead the charge in setting the tone for service, innovation, and hospitality. This is an opportunity to put your mark on a high-end, members-forward space and play a key role in building one of the top lounges in the city from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:

• Create, curate, and execute an elevated craft cocktail program that excites and inspires.
  
• Lead and mentor a passionate bar team, instilling excellence, creativity, and consistency.
  
• Drive innovation with seasonal menus, signature cocktails, and unique beverage experiences.
  
• Uphold Momentum’s commitment to hospitality by delivering seamless, world-class service.
  
• Collaborate with ownership and leadership to develop programming, events, and exclusive offerings.
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a bartender in high-volume or high-end cocktail bars.
  
• A true passion for mixology, spirits, and the art of hospitality.
  
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and inspire.
