What You’ll Do
As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, comfort, and safety of resident apartments and common areas throughout the community.
Your responsibilities will include:
Clean resident apartments according to established schedules and standards
Prepare and clean apartments for new resident move-ins
Clean living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and other residential areas
Vacuum carpets and clean floors, doors, furnishings, and surfaces
Maintain clean and welcoming common areas throughout the community
Collect and remove trash from designated areas
Safely use commercial cleaning products, supplies, and equipment
Identify and report maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns
Provide friendly and courteous service when interacting with residents, families, visitors, and team members
Follow community policies, safety procedures, and applicable state and federal requirements
Maintain regular and dependable attendance
Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned
Target Pay: $20 hourly
Schedule: We are currently hiring for the following shift: (Part-Time Weekends)Schedules may occasionally change based on the needs of the community. Team members will be provided appropriate notice whenever possible.
What We’re Looking For
At least one year of housekeeping, cleaning, hospitality, senior living, healthcare, hotel, or related experience preferred
A genuine desire to work with and serve older adults
Dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment
Friendly and professional communication skills
Ability to safely use cleaning supplies and housekeeping equipment
Ability to follow established safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures
Ability to communicate effectively in English as required to safely perform the essential functions of the position
Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
