CMT Requirements:
Must have a current Missouri CMT (Certified Medication Technician) certification
CMT Responsibilities:
Administer medications and document per state and federal guidelines
Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Promote social interaction and emotional well-being
Maintain accurate medical records
Supervise CNAs and assist with direct care as needed
Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all residents
Assist with meal service and resident transport within the facility
