Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the service department to ensure efficient operation
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, facilitate rentals, provide customer support
  • General administration and clerical duties as required

Requirements:

  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and multitask
  • Detail oriented and well organized
  • Basic Accounting skills required
  • Automotive background/knowledge preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
