You will receive a $30,000 a year salary, plus monthly bonuses based on your sales or a competitive commission pay plan plus bonuses. You choose! Our top performers will make over $100,000 per year.

Duties:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide information about available vehicles, including features and pricing
- Conduct test drives with potential customers
- Negotiate sales prices and terms with customers
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for vehicle sales
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Utilize software tools to manage customer information and sales records
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience in dealership or automotive sales preferred
- Ability to deliver effective public speaking presentations
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales activities
- Knowledge of sales management techniques
- Previous experience in retail sales is advantageous
