- Provide expert advice on vehicle systems, mechanical troubleshooting, and automotive diagnostics to support customer decisions
- Manage inventory control by stocking, organizing, and maintaining parts displays to ensure product availability and easy access
- Process sales transactions accurately through point-of-sale (POS) systems while handling cash, credit, or electronic payments with professionalism
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, personalized service, and follow-up to promote customer loyalty
- Collaborate with service technicians and other team members to fulfill orders promptly and efficiently

Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive parts sales or dealership environments with a solid understanding of automotive repair processes
