Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Assist with food preparation and daily kitchen operations.
- Help develop new menu items and daily specials.
- Keep the kitchen, equipment, and work areas clean and organized at all times.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Work as part of a team to ensure food is prepared accurately and on time.
- Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen, restaurant, or food service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus.
