Job Description:
The RN is responsible for overseeing and delivering high-quality clinical care to residents. The RN coordinates patient care plans, administers medications and treatments, monitors health status, and provides supervision and guidance to Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). The RN ensures compliance with regulatory standards, maintains accurate documentation, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal resident outcomes and quality of life. Pay is based on experience. $32-35/per hour.
