What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Manager Assistant position at Countertops by Design?
Countertops By Design is seeking a customer-focused and organized individual to join our team. This role plays a key part in guiding customers through their countertop projects while supporting scheduling and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities: Focus on assisting our Operations Manager with the details of office flow. Works closely with Manager with scheduling template and installation appointments.
Serves as a primary point of contact for customers, providing friendly and professional communication throughout their project. Assisting the customer with material decisions, providing project updates and proactively communicating any changes or adjustments.
Responsible for our outdoor remnant area which includes tagging, locating and updating computerized remnant list.
Maintain and update the company's Facebook and website with completed projects and content.
Continue our developed Amish Outreach Program.
Position involves 2 times per month of working Saturday shifts which are 9-1. This can be overtime or 4 hours taken off during the week. Your choice.
Qualifications: Strong customer service and communication skills.
Comfortable working directly with customers in person, over the phone and managing the email responses generated from the web page.
Experience in customer service, showroom sales, or construction-related fields.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Able to represent Countertops By Design in a positive manner.
