Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nashville, TN for a Spirits Sales Specialist. The individual will build and maintain client/account relationships, develop menu and cocktail strategies, and achieve revenue goals for multiple designated suppliers. Daily tasks include calling on accounts both on and off premise, implementing retail marketing campaigns, providing product demonstrations to retailers and customers, and managing sales initiatives to ensure growth within assigned territories. Collaboration with a team to enhance market presence and customer satisfaction is a critical part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a focus on driving growth and meeting revenue targets.
- Competence in Training and mentoring clients or partners to strengthen product understanding and performance.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and implement effective sales strategies.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of the beverage or spirits industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related 3-5 years experience in direct Spirit Supplier sales in a 3-Tier environment
