Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Shared Sales Specialist located in Phoenix, AZ. The Shared Sales Specialist will represent 4 supplier partners. Candidates must be able to handle a fast-paced selling environment. Candidates must have a background in beverage sales or the hospitality industry, with a strong market knowledge of regional accounts and wholesaler management.
Key Responsibilities
- Representing four supplier partners and selling products into retail accounts
- Sampling and tasting events
- Wholesaler interaction and management
- Use of Encompass to track sales achievements and account level detail in real time
- Visiting 10-15 accounts per day
- Submitting Supplier Recaps weekly
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Beverage Sales Experience, or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 1-3 Years Experience
- Experience in B2B sales and lead generation
- Experienced with On & Off-Premise Beverage sales.
- Ability to create and deliver effective sales proposals
- Expert knowledge of the greater Phoenix, AZ market
- Experience with CRM software, Encompass Preferred.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
